Pleasantly surprised, the RAM Golf Society have played their a couple of times before but I've not been able to make it and on each occasion have had positive feedback from the lads. It's very tight and needs accuracy for every shot. The course is in great condition. We know the new pro Sean from a former job and he is great and very helpful. Went there with my daughter and will definately return again in the future.

There was a trolley ban on and all aprons were roped off which is fully understandable given the time of year and recent rainfall. The greens were a bit woolly and had signs of spiking but again, nothing unexpected at this time of year. Pro is always very welcoming and the Members always wish you good day. The rough is like a short gorse around 8 inches long but do not be fooled as it is tough to get out of. The marker posts are there to aid you in locating your ball, use them!!!!

Great course to play in Winter months.

Course was in decent condition for the time of year and all greens were on but a few tees were winter mats which is only to be expected. The greens had been spiked and some areas were roped off to keep trollies away from aprons and greens, which again is to be expected during winter months.Played on a deal offer for £16 each which is excellent value.

Played on a Golfnow deal which cost us £20 per man. Course was well maintained with the greens running at a decent pace and rolling quite smoothly. Fairways were good too, especially considering the heavy rain the day before.Though not the longest course accuracy from the tee is a must as the heather/gorse rough is much tougher to escape from than it looks. The course is virtually flat and so is an easy walk. The welcome in the pro shop was very pleasant and I will definately be returning with our Society, Astoria, come the new season.

First time we have played here and we will be back.
Considering the rain we've had the course was in great condition, all greens in play and in good nick, only 3 tees with mats and the other tee boxes are some of the best we've played off.
At £22 for golf a pint and sandwiches you can't go wrong.
All in all Wirral ladies comes highly recommended.

Always worth a visit for about £25 in winter. Despite being a short course it can be quite challenging and the greens are in good order.

An absolute pleasure to play , You feel as though you are playing somewhere in Surrey and not 5 mins from Birkenhead , greens are excellent as are fairways , don't be put off by looking at the yardage on the scorecard , narrow fairways and small well bunkered greens make this course a real test of golf for any standard of player
