I played here on an April day out with 40+ others. The day was marred by a crash on the M1 which closed it for over 4 hours, but the staff were great in sorting us out with food and starting times. The course was in reasonable condition, placing on fairways which were a bit thin and in desperate need of some rain, but the greens were fabulous for the time of year. Good course for a day out, good condition, not too long or hilly, nice clubhouse, accommodating staff.

Played the course today in a society competition. I am reviewing this stright away because the course, for this time of year, is in great condition. The greens were fast and very true. The bacon cob on arrival was the biggest I've seen and full of bacon. A chicken meal on completion of the round was also very good with the staff very friendly. Members totally ignored us. The venue is well worth a visit.

Played at Worksop and it is a fantastic track. Great greens and plenty of rough. Long and unforgiving. The greens are very tricky as well. The pro is very friendly as are the other staff in the clubhouse. Prices of food and drinks also good and the food is great. Practice ground is good with bunkers and chipping areas and there's also a couple of nets before the first tee.
    Overall a great experience.
